Jason Goss P.E.
Managing Partner
Jason's journey in the oil and gas industry is marked by a blend of innovation and expertise from experience at leading operators like Blue Dolphin Production and Devon Energy. Since his start at TRES in 2011, he has added multiple operating areas and mastered the management of gas storage operations, water-flood design, and horizontal drilling & completions technologies. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Oklahoma University and is a registered Professional Engineer for the state of Oklahoma. Jason currently handles the daily needs, business development and strategy of the company, while embodying the spirit of excellence and innovation that TRES stands for.
Luke Riggins P.E.

Luke Riggins is an experienced Petroleum Engineer and Managing Partner at TRES with a successful track record of leading teams and driving business growth. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. With almost 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, he is an expert in reservoir analysis, drilling operations, project management, and strategic planning. In his role at TRES, he is valued for his strategic leadership and direction to the firm, as he oversees all aspects of operations with an ability to implement business growth strategies while expanding market presence.
